The Situation
Marie Poulin is an online business owner with a following in the Notion and productivity space. She had been dabbling with short-form video, posting occasionally without a clear strategy or system. But she wasn't seeing results. Her videos were stuck in "300 view jail", the plateau where content gets seen by almost no one because the algorithm hasn't learned who to serve it to.
The Approach
Marie joined the Start From Zero program, which is designed to take everything I learned over 4+ years of obsessive short-form experimentation and condense it into an actionable system. The Results
Within her first 12 videos posted after working with me, Marie had a video hit 22K views and multiple videos crossing the 10K view mark. She broke out of the "300 view jail" that traps most new creators and raised her average views to approximately 2,000 per video, a 6-7x improvement over the typical new-account baseline.
