What’s Your Favorite Movie?
Idk about you, but my fave movies are the ones that get better the second, third, or 10th time I’ve seen them. This is why I LOVE the idea of a Christmas Movie. Because most of the time they are DESIGNED to be watched every single year.
We’ve all seen “Elf” and “Home Alone 2” before, and yet we still choose to watch them after the third Thursday in November.
(Which is better? Home Alone or Home Alone 2?… correct! Home Alone 2 is iconic and cannot be touched)
Let’s think about a better example: The Sixth Sense.
Why is the 6th Sense so good? It’s because there’s that twist at the end.
Your first reaction is: “Looks like I’ll have to go back and re watch it now.”
And when you re watch it, you see everything from a whole new perspective. The movie has LIFE!
It’s entertaining you throughout the first viewing, but then it allows (and forces you) to rewatch and dwell on the movie long after you finished it.
Imagine if you could do that with a YouTube video.
